MISSION ME 7-WEEK PROGRAM

We help women who are exhausted and feel overwhelmed. They are physically and mentally depleted. Their lives have been consumed by their roles and responsibilities. They give so much of themselves that they inadvertently lose sight of their own needs. Their days are a juggling act, and it's hard not to feel like everything is falling apart within their mind, body, and life. Struggling to be a good mother, partner, and daughter, they are drained of energy, and they see no way out.

Welcome Video Friday before the start of Week 1

Saturdays you will be sent your Week content for each following week which includes:

MODULE ONE

Living 101 – Reenergize to Actualize

OUTCOME

  • Begin to feel better about yourself and the habits you are forming so that you witness your progress

  • Monitor your progress daily so that you can make the necessary adjustments that may be needed

  • Increased hydration so that you regulate your body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. You will also improve sleep quality, cognition, and mood

  • Implementation of 3 new habits so that you prevent and decrease physical burnout

DESCRIPTION

Without the basic foundation of health, all other efforts will fall apart eventually. In this transformative module, we'll take you on a journey of self-care and habit formation, focusing on the foundational elements of well-being. Through the 'Living 101' approach, we'll delve into essential practices such as breathing, hydration, nutrition, and sleep, empowering you with the knowledge and techniques to enhance your physical and mental vitality. Discover how these basics form the building blocks for a healthier, more balanced life.

MODULE TWO

The Impact of Perspectives and Thoughts

OUTCOME

  • Gain wisdom on your perspectives so that you may choose differently

  • Obtain clarity on your thoughts so that you may define the results you want and how to obtain them

  • Solidify 3 habits so that you may ensure sustainability in your physical goals

DESCRIPTION

When you alter your perspective, the very essence of what you observe undergoes a transformation.  In this module we will dig deep into the thoughts and perspectives that are running your life. Our aim is to empower you to make choices that are not only healthier but also instrumental in propelling you toward your desired goals. You will gain profound insights into the limiting beliefs that may have impeded your progress and identify and practice an empowering belief system. Additionally, you'll solidify three habits that will ensure the sustainability of your physical goals, helping you to maintain your progress.

MODULE THREE

Unveiling Your True Reflection

OUTCOME

  • You will acknowledge the things you can be proud of so that self-confidence becomes your compass

  • You will learn to forgive yourself so that the weight of the past no longer holds you back from your potential

  • You will begin making progressive commitments to yourself so that you nurture personal growth and invite positive transformation

  • Get in touch with your personal values so that you can create choices that honour you 

  • Learn how to depend on your greatness and let go of what others think

DESCRIPTION

Spending intentional time with yourself, leads to a discovery of a new love you can depend on. In this module you will get to know yourself on a level you have probably never ventured on before. Our focus is all on you and discovering the hidden beauties that have been buried over the years. You will be guided to remember the things you are proud of in yourself. You will learn the simplest way to forgive yourself and understand the root of forgiveness. You will be ready to commit to the things that matter and honour your values in the process. You will depend on yourself and less on others to guide your next steps to feeling ALIVE. 

MODULE FOUR

The Rise of the Courageous Woman

OUTCOME

  • Develop the right language and practice to setting boundaries so that you feel safe, respected, and clear of your needs

  • Create a list of the things you want to say Yes and No to so that you can move forward on your quest with clarity

  • Understand the importance of support and how to ask for it so that you are not alone on your quest

  • Obtain a 1-year membership to “Join the Movement – Unstoppable Women” support group so that you have the ongoing support of other women on the same journey

DESCRIPTION

When a woman finds her voice and asks for what she needs, she has found her inner strength. And when these women support each other, incredible things happen. 

In this module you will get clarity on what you want, how to ask for it, and hold your head up high in the process. You will learn to ask for what you need and offer what you can. As a bonus for your commitment to yourself and the dedication to this program, this module grants you a free membership to 'Join the Movement – Unstoppable Women' support group. 

MODULE FIVE

The Harmonious Balancing Act of Being a PERfessional (not a typo)

OUTCOME

  • See yourself through visualizations, and vision boarding so that you capture the essence of your being from the inside out

  • Discover some of your most important passions so that you can begin honouring them more

  • Begin scheduling time for yourself so that you make yourself as important as the roles you have

DESCRIPTION

Visualizing yourself as you move through your quest is key to knowing what direction you are heading so that you can venture in the ‘being’ of who you are, versus just ‘doing’. In this enlightening module, we explore the art of becoming a PERfessional by aligning your personal life with your professional life and vice versa. Through engaging exercises you'll gain valuable tools for visualizing your goals, nurturing your passions, and effectively organizing your time. This module is designed to help you see the possibilities of becoming a PERfessional, allowing you to implement your passions 24/7 while creating a clear commitment plan for both personal and professional growth. This is your opportunity to achieve the harmonious balance you've been seeking.

MODULE SIX

Sailing the Relation-Ships – Finding Me, Finding You, Finding Us

OUTCOME

  • Find out the true identity of a relationship so that you can understand the meaning each individual brings to it

  • Identify the toxic behaviours and their antidotes that impact a relationship so that you can improve on all relationships moving forward

  • Explore the relationship you want to have with yourself and others so that you can begin the next chapter of your quest

When we understand the role that each individual plays in a relationship, we are better able to understand the relationship as its own being. In this concluding module, we set sail on the continuous voyage of self-discovery, relationship improvement, and personal growth. This module is designed to help you navigate the complexities of 'Relation Ships,' strengthening your bonds and deepening your connections. It's time to find yourself, understand others, and create profound connections that will shape your future.

MODULE SEVEN

Mission Me Sustainability - Private One-on-One Session

Overview:

  • Solidify your commitment to yourself and who you are stepping in to BE.

  • Objectives: Put all the learning into balanced practice and begin mastering the newly discovered you. Get all your questions answered and know where you will lean more in to get the most out of your next steps.

DESCRIPTION

This final module is all about solidifying your commitment to yourself. You'll put all your learning into practice, ensuring that you have the tools and mindset to continue your journey with confidence. This week includes a one-on-one session with Master Coach, Liliane de Vries.

Review and reinforce your understanding of the past 6 weeks, so that you can confidently move forward.

Create a balanced practice plan so that you can maintain and enhance your life to being fully ALIVE.

Get personalized guidance and answers to your questions so that you feel supported and prepared to continue your journey.
