Our Discovery Session is where your VIP Quest™ truly begins.

Together, we'll spend a half day stepping away from the noise of everyday life and into a quieter place—a place where your story can finally be seen with fresh eyes.

We'll begin, not by asking What do you want to do? but by asking...

Who have you become?

We'll journey back to your Seed—the place where your story first began. Long before you were born, generations before you planted gifts, strengths, beliefs, traditions, and ways of seeing the world that would one day become part of your own story.

From that seed, your Roots slowly evolved, reaching into every experience, relationship, belief, and value that has nourished you, challenged you, and quietly shaped the woman you've become. Together, we'll gently uncover the patterns woven throughout your life—not with judgment, but with curiosity... and with gratitude.

Your tree has given you many gifts. It has also given you patterns that no longer serve you. Wisdom comes from learning the difference. Leadership comes from intentionally choosing what you will continue to cultivate.

As you cultivate your tree with greater awareness, your Rings become the wisdom you carry forward. Your Bark reflects how you intentionally choose to show up in the world, while also reminding you that others will interpret what they see through the lens of their own experiences. Your Branches become purposeful action, reaching toward what matters most. Your Leaves open to new possibilities, inviting continued growth and curiosity. And your Fruit becomes the meaningful impact your life has on the people and communities around you.

This is where awareness becomes choice.

🌿Entering the Forests™

We were never meant to grow alone.

No tree exists in isolation.

Its roots intertwine with others. Its branches share the light. Its fruit nourishes the life around it. Every healthy tree belongs to a living forest.

So do we.

Each day, we move through many forests—our family, our workplace, our friendships, our communities, our organizations, and the causes we choose to serve. Some forests have helped us grow. Others have quietly limited our potential. Some offer safety and belonging. Others challenge us to become more of who we are.

As you become more intentional in cultivating your own tree, you'll also become more intentional about the forests you choose to enter, the role you play within them, and the impact you hope to have.

Because belonging is not about fitting in.

It is about bringing the fullest expression of who you are into the forests where you choose to grow, contribute, and lead.

The most vibrant forests are not made of identical trees.

They are strengthened by the unique gifts each tree brings.

And when every tree is healthy...the forest flourishes.

Every few months, we'll pause.
We'll pull out the compass.

We'll ask..."Are we still walking toward what matters most?"

New experiences reshape us.

Sometimes the destination doesn't change...

There will be moments when the trees are so dense that it's difficult to see beyond the next few steps.

Not to escape today...

Sometimes we must borrow another woman's eyes and heart until we learn to trust our own.

Because there are times when someone else can see the strength in us long before we can.
